How much does a logo and brand identity cost in Calgary?

That said, most small business logo and brand identity packages start from a few hundred dollars and go up from there depending on scope – whether you need just a logo, or a full brand system including colour palette, typography, business cards, and brand guidelines. A typical logo project takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to final files. Timelines depend on how quickly you respond to proof emails and how many revision rounds we go through. If you’re working to a deadline – a grand opening, a trade show, a product launch – let us know upfront and we’ll do our best to make it work.

It depends on the package, but a full PTI brand identity typically includes: logo design (primary + secondary versions), colour palette, typography selection, basic brand guidelines, and files in every format you’ll need (PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS). We can also add business cards, letterhead, email signatures, and social media templates. We’ll scope exactly what you need during your free consult.

How much does a custom website cost in Calgary?

Website pricing varies significantly based on size, features, and complexity. A clean, professional small business website typically starts at a few thousand dollars. E-commerce sites, booking systems, or custom functionality cost more. We don’t do cookie-cutter template sites – every site is built for your business specifically. We primarily build on WordPress – the world’s most widely used platform – which means you’ll have full ownership of your site, plenty of plugin options, and the ability to make basic updates yourself without needing a developer. For e-commerce projects we typically use WooCommerce. We don’t build on Wix, Squarespace, or drag-and-drop site builders – those platforms look easy but limit what your site can actually do long-term.

Most small business websites take 4-8 weeks from kickoff to launch. The timeline depends on how quickly we receive your content (text, photos, product info), how many revisions we go through, and the complexity of the site. We’ll give you a clear timeline in your project quote so you know exactly when to expect your new site to go live.

Absolutely – redesigns are a big part of what we do. Whether your site is outdated, slow, not mobile-friendly, or just not converting visitors into customers, we can fix it. We’ll audit what you have, tell you what’s worth keeping, and build you something that actually works. We can usually migrate your existing content so you don’t lose any of your history.

What kinds of print products do you offer?

We handle just about everything: business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures and flyers, banners and pull-up displays, yard signs and real estate signage, packaging and labels, trade show materials, vehicle wraps, and large-format printing. We manage design and print production end-to-end – you don’t have to deal with a printer separately. And yes, we ship anywhere in Canada.

Most of the time, yes. Whether you have a file from a previous designer, something you made in Canva, or a logo that only exists as a blurry JPEG – we can work with it. Sometimes a file needs to be fully rebuilt in professional software (especially Canva files that aren’t print-ready), but we’ll always tell you upfront what’s involved before we start.

Rush turnarounds are something we handle regularly. Standard timelines are given with every quote. If you have a hard deadline – a trade show, an event, a grand opening – tell us upfront and we’ll let you know what’s possible. We’d rather give you a straight answer early than scramble at the last minute.

Do you work with businesses outside of Calgary?

Yes – we work with clients across Canada. Our core team is based in Calgary but we do branding, web design, and graphic design remotely for clients in Vancouver, Toronto, Edmonton, and beyond. If you need physical print delivery, we ship anywhere in Canada. The only thing we can’t do remotely is shake your hand.
